30 Days Money Back Policy
We have 30 days refund policy for Mailsgen products purchase, if you wish. Due to termination of license with any reason, the refund can be processed in according to conditions in the subsequent section.
Refund Conditions
Users can request for the refund within 30 days of purchase. One can ask for refund under scenarios listed below:
Software License Fee refund will not be accepted after 30 days of receiving the software.
- If the software is purchased directly through Mailsgen or authorised reseller of Mailsgen.
- If the purchased product is unable to perform intended task due to issues in software
- If our support team fails to help you in resolving your software related issues.
- If the license of the software does not function properly, we will provide you a solution.
- If the software is unable to execute the promised task, our technical team will offer you suitable solution and if the issue still continues, we will refund your invested money
We reserve the right to reject refund requests of the customer who does not fulfil these refund conditions.
Circumstances where refund will be rejected:
- If the user complains regarding slow speed of the software, then refund cannot be claimed.
- If the user purchased the software without downloading the demo version.
- If 40% data conversion, recovery or migration is performed by the software successfully, then you can’t claim for the refund.
- When the user is unwilling to upload files to FTP Server in case of software failure.
We are not responsible for…
- Communication or download delays
- Incorrect transfer or lost email
- Sudden unexpected delay
- If you have purchased the wrong product
- Problem with operation of the software after purchase
- Delay because of ruthless problems
- Mail marked as spam by mail server used by the client
- The software is mishandled and ready to delete from the system
- Your system fails to meet basic requirements & software is not available
- After purchase & completion of the process, the software requirements have gone
Refund can’t be given in following cases:
- You have not checked the demo version, no refund will be given
- If the software fails to perform the promised process and other software on the market is unable to perform the same process. However, if other software in the market can perform the same task, you can get refund.
- If upload to FTP Server fails or client can’t upload the files due to software error.
- If the task is completed 40% by the software, you can’t claim for the refund.
